How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock bags are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days within Europe and 7 to 12 business days for international destinations. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel ships.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we send you a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel every step of the way.

What materials are your bags made of?
Each Maciele bag is crafted with carefully selected leather and suede, finished with refined hardware and a soft lining. The exact materials and dimensions are listed on every product page.
How should I care for my bag?
Store your bag in its dust bag, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid prolonged contact with water, and wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. For suede, use a dedicated suede brush. Avoid perfumes, oils and harsh cleaning products.
Do you offer returns?
Yes. You may return any item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and dust bag included. Contact our Client Care team to receive your return instructions.
Have you received my return?
You will receive an email as soon as your return reaches our warehouse. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for inspection and for your refund to be processed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly after they are placed, so changes cannot always be guaranteed. If you need to update or cancel your order, contact us immediately. Once an order has left our warehouse, it can no longer be modified.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
Orders shipped within the European Union do not incur customs fees. For destinations outside the EU, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and depend on your country's regulations. We can provide an invoice upon request.
What if I received an incorrect or damaged item?
Please contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the item. We will make sure you receive the correct bag or a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Can I be notified when a sold-out bag is back?
Yes. On the product page, select your colour, enter your email address in the field that appears, and we will let you know as soon as the bag is available again.
